About the Role: . Report directly to the manager 
. Responsible for all aspects of technical customer service & support 
. Responsible for all on-site customer servicing, assistance & repair 
. Apply solutions that would enhance the company's value to their customers 
. Put into practice customer service plans, policies & strategies   
. Manage and deal with customer issues and frequently asked questions 
. Handle field service & equipment monitoring 
. Complete on-site customer preventive maintenance, machine installations & repairs   
. When required offer advice & feedback to other departments of the company  
. Make sure that solutions are detailed or summarized in the company system 
. Use measuring and testing instruments to test, analyze and examine electronic, electrical and mechanical machinery and systems  
. Diagnose as well as restore and fix any electro-mechanical, mechanical and electrical equipment  
. Examine, analyze & fix or replace defective parts, machinery or wiring   
. Test equipment that has been fixed to make sure it is running properly 
. Take care of and repair electrical, electronic & industrial control systems, as well as any other mechanical related devices  
. Complete training with customers (internal and external) on new machine installations  
. Read and understand blueprints, drawings & schematics to decide the layout of industrial mechanical & electrical equipment as well as machine installations  
. Install, test, change or fix mechanical & electrical machinery/ components  
. Test equipment and machinery for stability, current or voltage and opposition  
. Test newly installed equipment/ machinery to ensure they are working properly 

Candidate Requirements:

. 5 years of experience in robotics or automation 
. Strong electrical & mechanical skills (such as extrusion, injection moulding, industrial automated systems)   
. Strong interpersonal skills - dealing with customers on a frequent basis   
. Great knowledge and understanding of robotics processes 
. Must be able to handle and use software diagnostic tools 
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products  
. Strong Technical and Mechanical skills  
. Able to travel up to 50% of the time
