To be considered for this role, candidates should have: . Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in the areas of Thermal Spray coatings (HVOF, plasma, wire arc), robotic manipulators and heat treat . Strong familiarity with coating and metallurgical lab practices and techniques . Post secondary education in a related technical field . Ability to work with minimal supervision is essential .
